Short version: all sales are final, Amy helps you get it right before you buy, and if something arrives truly defective we'll always make it right.

All sales final — no refunds, no returns*

Pretty in Pink with Amy is a small-batch boutique. We buy shallow, price fair, and sell through fast — which means we can't absorb returns the way big-box retailers do. Every sale is final: we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for fit, color preference, or change of mind.

*The one exception: extreme defects. If your item arrives with a significant manufacturing defect — a broken zipper, a large tear, major seam separation, or the wrong item entirely — message Amy with photos within 3 days of delivery and she will make it right with a replacement or store credit. Promise.

Because you can't return it, we work extra hard to make sure you never need to:

  • Every product page has a full size chart with garment measurements.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
No — all sales are final, with no refunds or returns. The single exception is extreme defects: message Amy with photos within 3 days of delivery and she'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
What counts as an "extreme defect"?
A significant manufacturing flaw that makes the item unwearable as intended: a broken zipper on arrival, a large tear or hole, major seam separation, or receiving the wrong item entirely. Normal fabric variation, minor loose threads, or fit preference aren't defects — that's what the 1-on-1 sizing chats are for.
How do I pick a size if I can't return it?
Three ways: read Amy's fit notes on the product page (she tried it on), check the size chart against your measurements, or book a free 1-on-1 chat and Amy will compare fits with you on camera before you spend a dime.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and usually deliver 2–4 days after that. Free US shipping over $75, $6.95 flat under.
What sizes do you carry?
Every clothing style in every Thursday drop runs XS–4XL. If a piece runs small or large, the fit notes say so before you buy.
Can I buy Amy's Red Aspen nails and lashes here?
Amy's Red Aspen line (press-on Nail Dashes, Pedi Dashes, lashes, makeup, and skincare) is sold through her personal Red Aspen storefront, not through this boutique. Every Thursday at 7pm, live on Facebook. VIP email subscribers get in one hour early — and the good stuff really does sell out first.
